As we near the end of the academic year, we wanted to give you some friendly reminders about our processes as your activity may pick up:

Submit Purchase Requests as soon as possible! Due to the volume of transactions we will be processing, we are expecting a delay in processing times

Services Rendered take approximately a minimum of 15 business days to process
- Receipts do not expire and can be attached online directly to the Purchase Request
- Authorized Signers cannot submit Purchase Requests for themselves
- To modify or edit a request, simply leave a comment in the Activity section

Deposits can be made at the Student Activities Building

Free Mason Hall Classrooms for September 2017 will be available after the class schedule is set (free rooms are not available over the summer)

Billable LSA Classrooms are reserved using the online ticket request
- If you would like to add new Authorized Signers after April15th, you will need to register your group for the 17-18 academic year via MaizePages
