Thanksgiving

SOAS will be closed this Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. As a reminder any disbursement forms submitted after 3:00pm on Tuesday the 24th won't be available for pickup until Monday the 30th. SOAS wishes everyone a happy Thanksgiving and safe travels.

Electronic ITS Forms

If your group needs to sign up for webspace, or make changes to a web-administrator, please visit the SOAS-Online sytstem for help. There is a new form to be completed for both signing up for webspace and adding/removing web-administrators. You can email the completed form to SOAS and we will process your request.

Register Online for the 2009-2010 School Year

You can still register your group for the 2009-2010 school year by visiting the Student Orgs website. Make sure to have the information (Name, Unique Name, Phone Number and UMID) for at least 10 of your group members in order to complete the registration.

Updated Process for Gifts/Awards/Gift Cards

Gifts/Awards/Gift Cards in excess of $50.00 must now be reported to the University, for the person receiving the gift. If your group is going to be awarding a prize or reimbursing a member for the purchase of a gift card there is an additional step that SOAS must complete.

For any gift/award/gift card over $50.00 a W-9 will need to be completed on the recipient. If a gift card is involved, this will most likely not be the individual being reimbursed for the purchase of the gift card, but the person that it went to.
