In order for a student organization to have an active SOAS account: The group must have a minimum of 3 authorized signers. Authorized signers do not automatically transfer from one year to the next. Each year they must be appointed. SOAS registration coincides with the SOAR registration process which runs from May 1st through September 30th each year.
After SOAR registration is complete and members have confirmed their membership for the current year the organization's main contact should proceed with securing/renewing their SOAS account.
